Hotel is nice and nice selection of alcohol for all inclusive, much better than expected especially compared to other all inclusives I’ve stayed at. There were far more children than I expected especially babies and toddlers. I think the bed was the worst. There were so many springs in the bed that after 4 days I have the worst backache.

Overall 6/10 stay. IMO, the resort needs some updating/sprucing up. The grounds are meticulously maintained, but the rooms is where some of that attention needs to be. Our room had blood on the bathroom wall, half used conditioner and lotion bottles. Water leaked continuously from the shower out onto the main floor. None of the restaurants take reservations. It was chaos. We got to the steakhouse at 6:30 and they said they were no longer taking anymore guests for the night! However people that were staying at the resort, invited us to dinner with them and were able to add us 2 to their reservation after 8p. The food, all over the resort, overall 7/10. Staff was amazing. Beach is beautiful! Walked down the beach and while other resorts had piles of sargassum, there was none insight at Riu. We checked out after 2 days and went down to Majestic Elegance which is what we’re used too. So maybe we’re just too “uppity” for this resort. Will we return, no. But that’s not to say the next person won’t have a grand time. We just have preferences as far as what we like. We tried something new and it showed us why we typically stick to what we know.

The room, pools, and other amenities were great, but the Riu Entertainment team, despite working extensive hours were always outstanding! In particular, Nacho and Alexis were great and we loved AquaFit!

The room was clean ,stocked, and the showers were amazing. Loved the beach access. Bed was hard and caused me to wake up painful. Many of the staff provided inaccurate information on locations on the property, like the spa and certain restaurants. Food was tasty but most of the entrees were lukewarm.

Room smelled like mold, so they sprayed a ton of cleaning products everywhere which made it worse. Finally the gave me a clean room. Food was ok but I got cramps from something. The place is super nice to look at and the beach is awesome

We had an amazing time at the Riu Palace Costa Mujeris. There was lots to do and there was a lot of dining options for us. The all inclusive property was great. However the room service options were not as great as I expected with only a limited number of things you can get. And most of the restaurants other than the buffet one would have long wait times or would stop taking diners earlier than their closing time saying their waitlist capacity was full for the night. Other than that the family and I had a great time. There are two water parks in for adults and teller children and one for smaller children along with numerous pools and the beach. The beach was clean with plenty of shade if you want that and pleanty of seating. Our rooms were over the roof of the restaurants and there was always the smell of the food when we would open the balcony door. The smell was not as bad early in the morning or late at night. That's the only complaint I had about the room. The resort was clean and beautiful and it was not too big. I would recommend this resort.
