Front desk staff were rude and unhelpful. Security guards staring at you all day at the pools. Very uncomfortable. 2 bartenders at swim up bars were great! Buffet food was delicious! We also loved the Japanese restaurant. The steakhouse was really bad and service there was awful!

All was great, the only reason I can complain is I got there at 1430. Checked in at 1445, made to wait 15min to get the key. Which meant waiting in line again.

Need to improve entertainment. This was our second time in this hotel. We returned just for the entertainment part, and were a bit disappointed comparing to two years ago.

Very family friendly and clean resort. The staff was very friendly and always willing to help. The dining hall had a variety of entrees to choice from. I have preferred if the standard rooms had a table and a chair in it.

pools were nice and warm, the property was kept clean and in good condition. good selection was good. Lots of seaweed on the beach, but they did clean it up every day

Dining options were great. No wait and lots of choices. Pools were clean and warm. Love the covered shade areas. Still battle in the morning for a group of seats together. If you don't save a seat before 7am you struggle.

We’ve been to several RIU properties, and this one was not bad, but it wasn’t our favorite. Service inside the buffet was hit or miss depending on who you got, and it’s overall just OK when it came to eating. I do have to say that all the bartenders were wonderful and never ignored anyone and took care of everyone that showed up. The property and rooms were wonderful and everything was very clean. If you have children, this is not a bad place to stay. However, I would highly recommend the adults only properties.

Great food options without reservations and not too crowded. Very clean and staff was amazing. Could be more activities for Teens and weight room to small for size of property. Overall was incredible experience. Waterpark was great and the parties are for all ages and very fun.
