Last year that I came it was really nice with my son this year. I brought more family and it was a very disappointing. The room was nothing like the one I had the previous year. The food was very poor quality this time around and the room that they gave me was very poorly and I kept complaining to the manager at the front desk About the water smell of it. It’s smell like rotten egg and nothing was done about it.

The staff was courteous and professional, which was a positive aspect of our stay. However, the room was only adequate, with a few noticeable issues. The shower head was taped to prevent it from falling, and the bed was extremely hard, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. The food was another significant disappointment. Many dishes at the a la carte restaurants lacked flavor or were overly salted, and some had strange, unpalatable flavors except Cocoa Restaurant, that one was the most decent one. Worst of all, we experienced food poisoning on our last day at the resort. Despite feeling unwell, we proceeded with our scheduled layover in Mexico City the next morning. Unfortunately, my wife's condition worsened, and we had to hire an IV therapy agency to help her recover. This was the worst experience we have ever had at any hotel or resort. We strongly advise against staying here.

The staff was great very helpful, however I felt at times particularly after check in they where not very accommodating to our needs after traveling all night and our kids were very tired and falling asleep while they where trying to make a sale and trying to get us to join some sort of time share crap. The staff after that was great. I would definitely recommend and go back any time.

The hotel is not what was expected. The rating is more like a 2 star. The hotel rooms are very unacceptable and a dirty hotel. U can never reserve the restaurants and when trying to serve u never get confirmation. The rooms are nasty and nothing works in them.

First of all I book for oasis palm and got sent to the other hotel. All most all the restaurants were closed. Only buffet was open. You couldn't even get a reservation for the other restaurants. We stayed there for 4 nights and not one night we were able to get a reservation for a restaurant. I would not recommend that hotel to anyone and we will not be coming back there

We had an amazing stay at this all-inclusive resort! The beach was beautiful and relaxing, and there was always something fun to do. My kids and I had a blast- there were great activities during the day and a different show every night that kept us entertained. The staff was friendly, the food was tasty, and everything was well organized. A perfect family getaway

I liked how they have lots of kid activities it’s great for family fun especially the beach calm ,beautiful just great for kids of all ages. Disliked all restaurants it’s a big lie you can reserve and eat in them the only two restaurants you can eat from are the buffet ones which are Hacienda which food was horrible and Palms which i would rate 5 out of 10 all others will have a surcharge which is ridiculous price for an all-inclusive Hotel

All they focus on was the timeshare. We were not able to reserve for any restaurants and they did not even offer any drinks at the pool. Also, they did not have room service. I would not recommend to nobody, I've stayed at better hotels with cheaper prices.

The beach was filthy, so were the chairs . Not enough for you to sit. Everyone in my group got food poisoning, including about 7 other people we talked to. Wasn’t a pleasant stay .
