Overall, two stars out of five. The reception was very hot. The rest area where the TVs in the pool table. They were very hot. The rooms is not bad. However, the restroom is inside the room and there is no fan. There’s a lot of mold at the back up a lot of mold of the swimming pool. It was very difficult to make a reservation at the restaurant and if you don’t have a reservation, they don’t see you food quality could have been better.

The staff were lovely . My son sprained his ankle while here so it wasn’t the greatest holiday . There needs to be way more food options that are easier to access . Cancun was lovely and I can’t wait to come back ( without kids)
