Stayed for 10 days and everything was excellent except had to move rooms because the air conditioner leaked and they tried to fix it twice and didn’t fix it. With that being said the receptionist lady moved me to a better room bigger tv and close to pool. Close to everything.Ocean and beach clean for swimming! Pool is amazing. Free breakfast was great too! Omelette bar pancakes or waffles each day. Tons of fruit and cereal and juice

If you are looking for a beach that has not been affected by the seaweed issues in Cancun stay here. Crystal clear calm waters perfect for floating! Not saturated with crowds, nice and quiet. Beach service could have been better but it’s 100 steps to the bar or food.

A great place in Cancun

Stayed here to cap-off a trip along the Mayan Train route, and thought it was an excellent place: very clean, well-organized location, helpful staff, a decent restaurant with a great view. This is a great option if you're looking for a somewhat smaller and non-overly-resorty feel for your Cancun trip, and one with quick and direct access to the beach, with an ample supply of covered sunloungers. Would definitely stay here again!

We stayed at this hotel recently, and overall, it was a rather underwhelming experience. The breakfasts were quite poor — mostly fried and unhealthy options, with a noticeable absence of fresh vegetables. The staff was generally okay, polite enough, but nothing particularly remarkable in terms of service. Our room felt dated, and the view was disappointing, even though we specifically requested a better one. The bathroom was also poorly designed — the bathtub was tiny, and when sitting on the toilet, your knees would hit the door. The pool was small and not really inviting. The one true highlight of this place is the beach — it’s truly beautiful and definitely one of the best in the area.

I stayed here with my family, and our expectations were exceeded. We loved the villas, and the grounds were beautiful and tropical. The private beach was peaceful, and getting a beach chair for the day was no hassle. We loved that there was security on the beach and felt safe leaving our belongings by our beach chairs. The restaurant was also really good, and breakfast offered an overwhelming number of options, including traditional Mexican foods and typical breakfast choices. Our room was clean, as were the overall grounds. We would totally visit again!

Seriously cant wait to get back to cancun but also back to beachscape! I have not one negative thing to say!!! Check in? Fast! Pool? Great! Restaurant on premises? Great and fast. Safety? I felt safe. It is hard to get a lounger on the beach unless you’re there by 9am.

A quiet resort for the most part. Sometimes hear music from the resort two buildings over. The room is decent for its age. Great water pressure. The beach is excellent; shallow and minimal waves when other resorts further east and south are wavy. The breakfast buffet is excellent; traditional mexican and also sweet stuff. We recommend this resort.
