This was a wonderful property to stay at. I rented a one bedroom apartment with a loft and my kids LOVED being able to sleep in the loft. The check in and check out processes were seamless and the people working the front desk were warm and welcoming. Our rental was very clean and had all the amenities we could possibly need. The location was within walking distance to everything and the views from our balcony were gorgeous. I will absolutely stay here in the future!

Cozy dining area and nicely equipped kitchen. Appreciated separate loft with twin beds for our grown kids. Excellent location within a block of ski rental/storage and main gondola.

My friend and I stayed at Residence Contrin on a hiking trip to the dolomites. The small kitchen was just enough with everything we needed to make breakfast or a simple dinner. The apartment was clean, and laundry on the property was very handy. The location was great, a short walk into town with plenty of bars, restaurants, and shops. Would definitely stay again.

Stayed the night before and after a 4-day Via Ferrata tour. Very clean, nice balconies, fridge in kitchenette. Laundry facilities ideal and reasonably priced. Beds were comfy, nice balcony to sit out on in the evening. Couldn’t fault the reception staff, helped us find the right bus stop for our onward journey.

Property’s in the heart of Dolomites. Fabulous views and very clean room. Walking distance to restaurants and stores. But the traffic can be a bit heavy due to some constructions in town and among of the tourists going through. The unit we were in can definitely hear the traffic and the walls are thin, we can clear hear some loud neighbours. Also the kitchen is very basic, a toaster and some extra cups/ dishes will be helpful. Parking is limited, be sure park your car early in the property or they have pay parking in the garage which wasn’t said in the distribution. Other than that comfortable stay for the price we paid, it’s definitely worth the money . And will recommend to others.

Fint hotel, men for varmt vĂŠrelse

Fint ophold og god lokation med kort afstand til ski leje og piste lift. Der var fuld knald pÄ radiatoren hvilket gjorde vi var nÞdt til at sove med Äbent vindue hvilket gik ud over sÞvnen. Generelt fint hotel men vÊrelsets varme gav dÄrlig sÞvn gennem hele opholdet

KjempefornÞyd med leilighetshotellet! Helt ok standard med tanke pÄ prisen. Renholdet var ogsÄ bra. God plass pÄ rommet og balkongen. Fint sted Ä dra med barn. Kort vei til lekeplassene og fotballbanen, samt en stor offentlig parkering (bÄde gratis og betaling) like ved. Stort pluss for at man kan lÄne vaskemaskin (5euro) og tÞrketrommel (8euro for vaskemaskin+tÞrketrommel) i kjelleren. Hvis man skal trekke frem noen minus ved stedet sÄ er det mangel pÄ baggasjeholdere.
