Disappointing Stay with Multiple Unresolved Issues I rarely leave negative reviews, but I hope this feedback serves as a constructive learning opportunity for the hotel and its staff. Unfortunately, our 4-night stay was plagued by several unresolved issues: Towels: Despite multiple calls and in-person requests, we only received one set of towels for our entire stay. A message left for management received no response. Housekeeping: Our room was never vacuumed, cleaned, or given fresh sheets. We saw other rooms being serviced and explicitly asked the front desk and housekeeping to attend to ours, but they never did. Room AC: The in-room AC unit was missing its power button, making it unusable. Facility AC: The Fitness Center and Pool also lacked AC. When asked, the front desk informed us it had been broken for some time—which was particularly frustrating given that it was one of the hottest weekends of the year in Syracuse. Security: The locking security bolt on our door was faulty and would not fully engage. We reported this to the front desk, but no action was taken. Overall, the consistent lack of follow-through on basic maintenance and guest requests made for a very disappointing stay.

Loved the complimentary Valet. Front desk put us in a great room on the tenth floor with a great view. Loved the Brooke Pool & visited the Spa!

Beautiful property! Free drinks for happy hour was a bonus plus free snacks. Didn’t get to try the breakfast but everything was great!

The room was much smaller than pictures led to expect. The bathroom toilet/shower is a STALL with a door. NO Place to put personal toiletries. No counter, 1 hook on back of door. I shelf above the toilet. The shower rod is falling down and the curtain will not stay at the ends of the bar. So every shower turns the stall into a wet room. The sink is outside of the stall door with very scarce counter edges. Cobwebs on the ceiling and a cracked ceiling with a clinking heater makes it complete.

It was a lot of smell of wee I rent two bed they gave me one bed after my complaint they change me to other room with two bed and the room it was totally dirty the floor was sticky it was ketchup on the walls
