Property was booked for the amenities. Upon arrival we were informed the outdoor pool was closed. Apparently it has been for months. Was not indicated on website when booking. Poolside loungers were available however you had to walk inside to swim. No towels at pool twice. Young children in hot tub at all times we were at pool. Our room was clean although it smelled like stinky cheese. Air conditioner very loud. Restaurant had great view of property. Food was mediocre at best. Wait staff very pleasant. Manager came by table several times. Became quite annoying. Water jugs in lobby was usually close to empty and containers looked dirty. The property is beautiful with great views. Spa service wa incredible. One of the best massages I have ever had. Thanks Tim. This resort needs some major updating to maintain a 4 star rating.

There was a loud party going on in the loft Nextdoor and the hallway. I called the contact number, there apparently was no one to respond and the noise continued until 5 am

To be honest with all of you I don’t know why this area is expensive during the weekend but for over $200 a night with taxes and fees I think this place is expensive. Besides this, the room door never fully locked if you left your room, towels smelled clean but had stains on them and the mini fridge well was too small and did not work. More like a motel than a hotel or inn.

I do not recommend this location. We attempted to check in early, less than an hour early. We were told they had no rooms available yet. OK, that is an acceptable answer, however, the way that answer is delivered is another story. The woman at the front desk was totally rude, both in this interaction and in the subsequent interaction when we actually checked in for our reservation. When we finally got to our room, we had a toilet that was constantly refilling, all through the night. At about 4 am a car pulled up into the parking area and played loud rap music for about 25 minutes. So our sleep was disturbed by both the running toilet and the music. We we reported this the next morning on check-out there was no "I am sorry to hear that, no thank you for letting us know." Same person. We travel to the area every year and we will avoid this place. It's not like there is a shortage of hotels in the area.
