The parking lot was completely empty. Hotel looked run down and abandoned. The shower, the bathroom sink and the windows in the room all had mold surrounding them. We were traveling with a small child and ultimately decided to stay elsewhere after check in.

Overall, we had a good stay. The location is beautiful, peaceful, and the staff was friendly and helpful. However, the cleanliness was disappointing. There was a lot of dog hair inside the cabin and on the outdoor furniture and cushions. We also found dust and cobwebs around the ceiling and light fixtures, making it seem like the cabin had not been cleaned thoroughly before our arrival. Considering the price, I expected a much cleaner accommodation. I understand that guests are expected to wash the kitchen items they use and leave the cabin tidy, but I was surprised that we were also expected to strip the beds and sweep the floors before checking out. For the amount we paid, I don’t think guests should have to do part of the cleaning themselves, especially when the cabin wasn’t spotless upon arrival. The location is wonderful, but better cleaning and more reasonable checkout expectations would make the experience much better.

Great price, friendly staff, daily complimentary breakfast, nice cozy suites and indoor pool. Me, my husband and four children loved our stay here. We can't wait to come back again.

Perfect for family fun on the way south. The only thing was the breakfast in the restaurant that was really expensive and tasteless. The Little coffee shop was a better option. Still a Great expérience at the waterpark for all âge children.

Easy walking distance to Great Escape. Great breakfast options and the ladies who care for the breakfast area were really nice and very attentive. Kristen who checked us in was friendly and very knowledgeable about the area. We would definitely stay there again.

Very pleasant stop in our way to Canada driving from Florida. The front desk was super nice and helpful. The suite was perfect and super clean. The breakfast was good with good choices and variety. Super quiet in a best keep secret gem town of Queensbury Glens Falls/Lake George Area.

Great stay for the price range, no issues at all. Breakfast was above average, and staff kept everything replenished promptly whenever items ran low. Tables were always clean. Rooms were clean, updated, and well-equipped with plenty of USB ports. The pool and hot tub were both kept clean, and towels were well stocked throughout. A nice bonus: 4 EV chargers (non-Tesla) at 25¢/kWh, cheaper than most public charging stations. Would stay here again.
