Beautiful hotel. Great location. Delicious restaurant. Hope to stay again soon!

This hotel was comfortable and in a great location. Nice pool and outside bar area. Good little coffee shop right on property. When we arrived we were told our one room we had booked had a leak so they gave us two rooms complimentary. That was a nice touch and it was greatly appreciated! Overall I’d recommend this hotel!

Has been a favorite place to stay for many years, however this time the property looks a bit tired. Room was nice but bathroom had what once to be a glass enclosure now covered by a spring rod and plastic curtain. Doesn’t seem like maintained too well. Also no EV charging on property, which is weird for a resort this size. Cushions outside under cover were moldy and dark stains. For the price, there are much better options in Charleston. It’s a great location and views are very nice.

We had a board from the ceiling hanging above our head when we awoke the next morning. I let the staff know and they moved us to another room. When management arrived Monday, they took one night's stay off our bill.

We were very impressed with indigo Inn. When we checked in around 5 o’clock, there was a nice happy hour spread with wine and beer. So nice after a long drive. It’s in a great location, near the French Quarter with lots of restaurants. Our room was a little small but very well appointed and clean. We will come back next time we come to Charleston.
