Nice property and view of the beach. We had a great stay. If you head down to the lobby outside the restaurant before they open for breakfast, they usually have some hot coffee and complimentary donuts for resort guests for a short window, which was a nice and unexpected perk as restaurant doesn't open til 7am for breakfast. We did head to the restaurant to grab dessert to-go one of the nights we stayed there and it took forever to make a strawberry shortcake which was honestly not very tasty. However, this was the least pleasant aspect of our stay so overall it was a great experience and resort cleanliness and ambience more than made up for the one anecdotal blemish of dessert. We absolutely loved the Salty Rose and would go there even if we weren't resort guests. Best part of the whole place. Nice tropical beach bar where you can enjoy food and drinks and either take it with you back to the beach or dine there and stare at the beautiful ocean.

This was a very nice apartment for rent.”The Landing” is a company who rents apartments from a complex and furnishes the apartments to rent out for one night or for a month or more. Everything was spot on! Some places you rent for short term, they ask you to wash your bedding etc before leaving. None of that! It’s a very quiet community, dog park, pool. However, you cannot get help from the apartment complex with your codes etc. It’s a sublet apartment. Codes and wifi you must contact “The Landing” and not Expedia or the “Arcadia apartment office” When you check in to the Landing online, they will take you through everything. Thankfully I did screenshot each page I checked because I was never able to access their app that they ask you to download and use. You need to save the key code for the front door that you are given. Save it because everytime you need to go in the building, you must use. Then you will have a code for your apartment door. The door has a “smart door lock”. We had never seen one of these. We were totally stumped at first. They don’t explain it. It’s an all black door knob and all you need to do is touch the knob and it will light up with white numbers like a clock and you punch in the code to the apartment. You do need to turn the deadbolt away from the door jam to unlock. When you leave, make sure you deadbolt the door.

everything was good ...my only complaint was the woman working the counter at the itialin bristro..whe was not friendly at all looked as if she was Nigerian maybe but not friendly at all

Pool staff and location

I absolutely loved my stay! Everything was perfect from the moment I arrived. The room was spotless, the ocean view was breathtaking, and the beach was just steps away. The staff was kind, friendly, and made me feel very welcome. It was peaceful, comfortable, and exactly what I needed. I would definitely come back and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a wonderful beach vacation. 🌊🌴

The check-in process and automatic locks at the property were very confusing. I could not get through to an actual person. Also, the access to the beach is not nearly as close as it looks on a map. Other than that, it’s a beautiful property, with nice accommodations.
