Me and my girlfriend came to Cali and stayed at this hotel visiting family in the city. We found out that the reception does not speak English at all, despite mentioning that that reception speaks English. The hotel is older date and could do with a refurbishment and the breakfast has nothing to do with continental

Very loud and abrasive Ambulance alarms went off at 1:00 am for 5 minutes and repeated several times at 5 minute intervals. I was jolted out of my sleep when I needed it for a very long day of travel ahead. Completely unacceptable.
