All the front desk staff are well mannered. I lost my cellphone left it in the taxi cab and the hotel staff was able to locate it. They made sure I retrieve my phone immediately. Thanks to their unwavering support. I will definitely come back.

We had a good day with family visiting Calgary and Banff. The free airport shuttle is very convenient and cost saving for travellers. breakfast every morning was good. The bathroom vanity light was not working but overall, we like the amenities with the kitchenette and the quietness.

The park inn hotels keep some rules I would say breakfast this time wasn't a big WOW otherwise everything else was nice one more think the deposit for 2 rooms still is in their packet not mein so its $150 so do some auction to my money come to my packet otherwise I dispute the charge with my credit card

This was a great surprise! What an amazing hotel! The suite we had was big and comfy and very clean! The front desk gentleman that checked us in was very friendly and polite. Breakfast was very good for the continental style. We will definitely return!
