The room and motel area were very very clean and tidy. It is not a five star property but we were very pleased with our stay. We had our old dog and we loved the grassy area reserved for her use. The neighbourhood behind the motel is quiet and beautiful to walk.

Motel was clean and updated. Rooms had everything I needed. Floors were a bit squeaky, but not a big issue. Ethan on the front desk was very helpful and caring. I left two small things in my room and he called right away to let me know. His colleague was equally friendly and helpful when I went to pick up the things that I had left behind. A great location to get to Canmore in an hour without having to drive through Calgary.

Great location for getting quick access to highway 1 Banff and a really reasonable price. Booked a King bed room, but because of my dog we got a queen, no discount, no way around it. We stayed on the ground floor and could hear all the footsteps and conversations being had above us. Not the best for sleep. If you can put aside those couple things it’s great bang for your buck. If you can’t look elsewhere

The place was clean, rooms were updated, staff was friendly, priced fairly, but walls were not soundproof (it's an old building). Traffic was loud and we could easily hear through the walls. The complimentary ear plugs were a nice gesture, but doesn't change the building.

I stayed in 5 different motels/ hotels on my 8 day trip and I liked this one the best. The staff was super friendly, the rooms were clean, and the mattress was good. To address some comments I read; yes I could hear a siren before I went to bed, but that was about it. They either just didn't wake me up in the middle of the night, or they weren't happening. And I'd gladly take that any day over a hotel and sharing a hallway with noisy co-guests yelling and going in and out of rooms all night. Also, I think you'd be pretty hard pressed to stay anywhere without hearing some sort of siren, unless you're in a super small town. So anyway yes, I really did like this motel and I would absolutely stay here again. Oh, and there was a gas station directly across the from the property which I found extremely convenient.
