There are no amenities, but the location is very good. Not even one English tv channel. Staff is very nice, and was patient with me not speaking Spanish.

I really enjoyed my stay at Casco Viejo. I recommend purchasing the breakfast plan. The food was great. I enjoyed the area for walking. Not too far from Panama City.

Rooms were immaculate, breakfast was great every morning. Cleaning was strange. I place my bag in the closet and the maid cleaned that out. I put in the closet to be safe, it WAS NOT.

Microwave, place was old, no ice machine, no restock of hot beverage stuff in the room, coffee at breakfast never hot, ....

A very nice looking hotel, unfortunately poor customer service from staff. Not only did I not feel valued, I had a medical emergency during my stay and I was disregarded from a staff member. Being on one of the higher floors, I tried to call to the front desk and was told I would have to come down to the lobby to get help. Also, I was not even asked did I need someone to come up to my room. I travel a lot and I would say this was the first time I’ve experienced this level of disrespect in my life. I truly thought I was being discriminated against because I was American. I didn’t know what I did but I was not treated like they cared for me. I can only share what happened and this was my unfortunate experience.

In the middle of the old town, lovely rooftop. Beautiful apartment. Easy check in. WhatsApp line is available if anything was needed or if we had questions.

If you want to explore Casco Viejo, the location does not get any better than this. The balcony faces Cathedral Plaza and is a quick walk to many galleries, restaurants and clubs. The apartment I was in had lots of charm and a great use of space. The check in and check out process was super easy. Also, the Wynwood team is always available on WhatsApp if there are any issues or if you need anything.
