The room was clean but the chair fabric was dirty with stains, as well as the bed skirt, bathroom was okay, beds was firm but the AC was bad!! It was not cold at all even though I had it on the lowest temperature available. My family complained about it being hot at night and very uncomfortable to fall and stay asleep. My family and I have visited multiple times and never had this problem before. I'm not sure when was the last time they serviced the AC unit but it was not ok in 97degree weather outside. Unacceptable!!

What a welcoming and comfortable Resort experience. The staff was friendly and helpful. My room was spacious clean and relaxing. My balcony view of the speedboats passing by on the water was breathtaking. Looking forward to a return visit in the near future.

Stayed here for my daughter's 16th birthday. Our suite was spacious and clean. All of the staff were very professional and willing to assist with our requests. We are planning to come here for our next family vacation! Unfortunately due to weather, the outside pool was closed the first day. The girls were still able to swim indoors. They have a wonderful shuttle that takes you to the beach area that is set aside for Grande Dune guests. Additionally, they offer valet parking. Just a great place to stay for vacation!

Do not stay here. They had to move me 3x. The 2nd time was after I got trapped in the room and the door was busy down and I was hit in the face. Horrible experience. The first move was a readily of dripping mold and mold through the unit. Both of my unit had mold. The toilet flooded immediately. It’s funky throughout , trash in hallway and various smells no matter what part you in. It needs to be shut down . I have all pictures and videos to prove it. Horrible horrible experience
