The room smelled like mold. There is visible mold on the ice machine. It was brought to the attention of the staff; however, no one cleaned it. I reserved a two night stay. They wouldn’t refund me the second day so that I could seek more suitable accommodation. Two Thumbs DOWN!

We felt warmly welcomed by the staff. Our room was lovely with the exception of being located at the front of the house. We could hear the traffic. The breakfast was delicious and freshly prepared. The woman serving us was very nice and efficient. We enjoyed our stay.

Our room was nice and clean. Fresh linens. However the do not have a microwave. Our tub was old and pealing. The water took awhile to go down in the sink. Also you have to pay $22 for unlimited parking. They also had kids playing in the hallway at 10 at night

Peaceful and clean, kind staff

This is my favorite hotel in Albany, if it weren’t so far from my daughter’s home it would be the only place I’d stay in. Wonderful hotel.

The place itself is amazing. A little pricey for what it is, but it’s nice. I guess my only complaint was the bed/mattress, it trapped a lot of heat. But that’s just a personal thing. The paid parking lot was terrible too though. That’s the main reason I probably won’t stay at this hotel again, but everything else was pretty fantastic.

For the money not a bad stay. This has to be my first stay in a hotel over the last 10 years where there wasn't a USB port ANYWHERE in the room to plug in a cable for charging a phone or other devices. Cone on, spend a couple thousand bucks installing at least one table lamp that has the port!!!
