Calling this property luxurious , is a OVERSTATEMENT! Paper cups, limited menu 4 dishes. Breakfast was less than adequate. Fridge turned off. No minibar. Had a meal, served by a sourly waiter, drink in a can, no glass… WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!

Ftlrom administration to employees dont function at all. The place was soo far feom everything, uber got lost. Some of the guest. Are half naked.i was very saddebed breakfast was not available half time and when the chef showed up haf an attitude. Not whatbi was expecting

I had to extend my stay in Egypt & without Hesitation I pick to stay here at the Villa again & And this time I had more time to explore the hotel facilities.They have a wonderful pool, Hot tub a sona and steam room, all upon request & easly done through the front desk, staying here is like being home away from home really very friendly staff , Abdallah & Rana from house keeping thank you for keeping everything clean & tight great team work . Mr Hesham GM, the man behind the curtains that makes it all happen thank you for keeping up with me Great job thank you for making my stay easy & comfortable. Good luck guys keep up the good work
