⭐️⭐️ Unfortunately, my stay was disappointing. The room was not as clean as I expected, and there was significant noise coming from the room above the bedroom, including heavy walking and what sounded like a shower running, which made it difficult to rest. The TV in the room was also not operational, which was another inconvenience. What made the experience worse was the interaction with the front concierge. I found their attitude rude and disrespectful when I brought up my concerns. I expect basic cleanliness, working amenities, and courteous customer service when staying at a hotel. Overall, this was not the comfortable or pleasant stay I had expected.

Cleanliness concerns: There was a lot of floating debris in the hot tub. The hotel air quality was not pleasant. Had a musty or stuff odor. I have definitely stayed in worse, but I would not call the the place clean overall. I would rate it slightly below average. Staff were friendly and courteous. The included breakfast was acceptable but nothing to be excited about. Waffle maker is always nice. The front desk worker offered to approve a refund for my final overnight of the stay but was unable to do so with her authority due to booking through Expedia. I called Expedia to process the the refund. Apparently they booked through some type of third-party also. Expedia stated that this third party refused to honor the refund offer and instead chose to enforce the original non-refundable booking policy. I would be more upset if it were not a work trip that will be reimbursed to me, but it's something to consider when choosing your booking.

Clean room and delicious breakfast! The room was a little bit dated but clean and comfortable.
