Staff was great, but the building itself is very very outdated, unclean, and feels very humid/ muggy.

Room was clean. Pool is not working, bar staff was mediocre. Morning breakfast staff was friendly.

Great location and hotel overall. The rooms are very nice but the kitchens could use some updates. Staff were very friendly and the breakfast set up is great for the price. Bonus is it’s in a developed area with lots of restaurants and stores, and really close to residential neighborhoods as well which gives it a laid back feel, and was great for evening walks. Highly recommended

Breakfast and area was disappointing with trash can overflowing when we arrived. Room had odd odor. Carpet needs replaced. Smart TVs would be nice. Shower leaks out by onto the bathroom floor. Had to put my shoulder into the door to get it to open. Based board and trim have areas in need of repair. Poor overall. Okay because all we did was sleep there.

Other than check in we barely saw a staff member. The room was dirty, the ice bucket unusable because of mold on the inside. There was an old dirty shirt outside of our door when we got there, multiple piles of dirt and trash in the hallways including a cigarette butt by the ice machine. The pool was not usable which we would have understood if we were given a heads up about it but we had planned on using the pool and were very disappointed. We specifically got the room that sleeps 6 people because we had our kids with us and needed the space and beds. Turns out the sofa bed was broken, the sheets had stains all over them, there was trash inside of it and what looked like dead bugs. We didn't find all of this out until late at night when we were getting ready for bed and already had some kids asleep so we couldn't switch rooms so we had to cram onto the other beds. I am beyond angry and will not recommend this hotel to anyone. If they have housekeeping they need to be fired because they obviously did not do their job.

We will never return to this hotel unless it undergoes extensive renovation. POSITIVES: it appears the room has new furniture, new vinyl floor and a new bedspread. It has a microwave, mini-fridge, coffee maker and a small cable TV. The hotel was quiet and the bed was marginally comfortable. The tub was clean, but when the bathroom floor was mopped, large wads of soapy hairballs were left in the corners of the floor. NEGATIVES: there was a thick, offensive smell of cigarette smoke in halls and our non-smoking room and bathroom. The shower rod was hanging at about 45 degrees, The body wash dispenser in the shower was empty (there was shampoo and conditioner, however). One outlet was over loaded with the frig, microwave, coffee pot and the TV and cable box all plugged into the same outlet. Another electrical outlet was broken and covered with plastic and tape. There was no lamp over the desk. The disgusting recliner needs to go directly to the landfill. The hall carpet needed vacuuming and had large stains. The lobby area had wall damage near the reception desk. Our room also had wall damage caused by the recliner and room decor or mirrors being removed. The bed sheets smelled clean, but didn’t look so clean. The pillows were flat. We did not complain to the management. We didn’t feel there would be any viable remedy to our complaint due to the overall dilapidated appearance of the building and grounds.

Always good to stay here. Very quiet and plenty of parking.
