The owners were so accommodating and nice. The room was immaculate. The home is absolutely breath taking. We plan to stay here again on our next trip to Greensboro.

The apt was clean and nice. Check in was a hassle. Had trouble getting the access code to get our keys. Took 45 min of back and forth standing in the parking garage. Also had to go down a flight of stairs with all our luggage to get to the elevator. Ice maker not working in apt. Positives. Good location, clean and nice apt with gym and a pool.

Is you need clean towels or clean room needs to be requested or they won't clean or provide clean towels also for some reason the day before I left they knock on my door early morning to provide me for shampoo that I didn't requested it was a little inconvenience to me sonce I had a party that I attended the day before and came in late and wanted to sleep in but they knocked even with the don't disturb sign

Exceptionally beautiful property and exceptional customer service. Graciously accommodated a change in plans, excellent communication throughout, friendly welcome and went the extra mile in all ways to make our very quick trip memorable!
