Very nice bathroom except for the ceiling tiles. Pillows on the bed were way too small. Desk chair has the leather sealing off. Clock did not work. But, the room was very clean.

The property was beautifully landscaped and meticulously maintained. It is a first class property.

Hello, I hope you're doing well. I'm writing to request compensation for the issues we experienced during our recent stay. We were first assigned room 216, and upon entering, we found someone already sleeping inside. This was an uncomfortable and concerning situation, especially since it resulted from being given the wrong room. We were then moved to room 222, which unfortunately had additional problems. The room had a strong humid odor, and there was not enough toilet paper provided. Given the inconvenience and discomfort caused by both incidents, I kindly request appropriate compensation for our stay. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I appreciate your help and look forward to your responds.

outdoor stairs were a fun adventure for us with a snow storm, but we made it. We really enjoyed the front porch and heater in there while resting and reading.

Room was dirty and had MOLD! Didn't stay. Requested a refund...

This hotel is in a good location on I-80; 120 miles East of Chicago. It’s in Sturgis, Michigan, just over the state line from Indiana. I read some negative comments about the dated nature of the hotel. Seems it’s been updated (paint, carpeting). Breakfast options were decent too. We found it perfect for our needs.

Hair dryer didn't work, but otherwise ok.

Needs updated. did not like that the reception area is behind glass, makes it feel like an unsafe neighborhood.
