This property has a great location but the room was has awful. The only thing good to say is the sheets were clean. There is no safety feature on their door to see who is at your room, the dresser was literally missing a drawer, the rug horribly stained, and the curtains broken from rod.

The room was absolutely disgusting. I wanted to leave right away fearing of bed bugs but my husbad was to rired to drive and I just got out of hospital so we stayed. When we woke up we had some creepy looking bug in our bed. I have never left a hotel so fast in my life. Was not worth what we paid. *

Check-in was fast and easy. The room was dark, and there was no lamp. There was a giant spider and web in the shower that had definitely been there a while. There were boogers on the wall next to the bed. The floors were stained. The building smelled like they were trying to cover up a dog or a smoke smell. It was inexpensive and very close to UVM.

Upon getting to the hotel, there was a woman bathing and washing her child’s hair in the pool. A lot of sketchy people sitting outside around the hotel. The room was a mess. I almost left but it was so late. I slept on top of the stained comforter with my hoodie on. Holes in the walls. Broken furniture. Mold in the tub and curtain. Door stuck shut. Great room if you’re a teenager looking to party. Walls and floors dirty and carpets smelled. The area is nice but this is absolutely worst hotel in the south Burlington area. I don’t mind old but this was old and dirty. Very little available parking.

The mattress was warped and obviously old. The toilet backed up and the bathtub had black dirty water backing up from the drain. The desk clerk quickly found us another room. The carpet wasn't very clean. The sheets all had stains on them. Even the ones I got from the front desk. Their service is the only good experience we had.

The outside of the property is cute and ita close to great shopping and dining options. The staff was also very friendly. However the place smells musty and old. (Not in a good way) There was writing on the walls and stains on the bedding. The walls are paper thin and you can hear every single sound from all around you. It was honestly the worst sleep we have ever had.
