Stayed here overnight on a recommendation. Staff were excellent - friendly and helpful. Even though room was located near the main road end, it was surprisingly quiet in our room. Room was immaculately clean with comfortable bed and pillows. Location opposite or nearby food & dining options was great. Couldn’t have wanted for anything else really.

Deb, our host was very welcoming and informative. The unit was very clean and a large room. Dinner and breakfast options were walking distance from the motel. I would stay there again as Deb offered a discount for return guests.

Deb, Rob & the team At Acacia were excellent during my extended stay - nothing was too much trouble. Acacia is centrally located, close to the hospital (my mum was in the Base & Mater for an extended stay), close to many food options - it was just so easy to stay here; any we'll be back!

Bathroom outdated - tiles had been painted over in bathroom the paint was peeling off wall and shower didn’t feel clean (mould and dust). Room closest to road noisy, did ask if there was another room available and told no but many rooms were vacant. Overall room was clean and bed comfy but bathroom needs attention. Nice lady at reception.
