Elevator has been broken since at least early June according to an employee. They allegedly have someone help carry bags but nobody was there to help me take bags to 4th floor. Room smelled like smoke. Bathroom had gross black grout that hasn’t been cleaned. No streaming services on TV. Housekeeping does not clean room. When I asked about it after getting back from work meeting to find dirty room, staff told me they only clean rooms every 3 days. None of these problems were disclosed when I booked my room. If this is a franchisee their license should be revoked. When I asked for a discount upon leaving, I did not receive one. This place is a dump. Do not stay here.

Ironically named hotel. Never have I been in a more uncomfortable run-down hotel and room. The elevator was broken and they put us on the third floor. That would’ve been tolerable, but the room was almost uninhabitable. One of the queen beds felt like lying directly on boxsprings. It HURT. The other bed felt slightly better. But both were terrible. Toilet seat was broken. TV did not work. Spent over an hour with staff and a”master” hotel remote trying to fix it. My kids were tired and upset. I asked to be moved due to the bed and broken tv but desk staff was very rude. Said they didn’t have any other rooms but I know that wasn’t true. She finally admitted they didn’t have staff to reset our current room. But she was rude about the bed as though I was lying that one was far worse than the other. I challenge someone to go test the beds in the room. One is very uncomfortable. But the other is so painful I wouldn’t make my dog sleep on it. General manager was supposed to contact me about refund. Still waiting. Avoid at ALL costs. (I did not think to take pictures of the bed area but it looks as run-down or worse than bathroom).

Nice staff, rooms a little tired, nice and quiet.

Stayed here twice within a month. The check in both times was someone being trained, not a problem, just took longer. The front desk staff were very nice. The elevator wasn't working, we were made aware of this when booking. It kinda worked in our favour as we asked to be on the top floor so there was no stomping above us and as most people chose lower floors there was virtually no corridor noise (win win) We slept great!!!! The rooms were tired and definitely "no frills" and could've done with a little dusting in various places, but generally ok. Breakfast was ok, the coffee was pretty good, good choice of teas, not much choice for a celiac vegetarian that doesn't eat eggs - lol I took my own cereal and grabbed a yoghurt. There seemed to be a good selection for the lucky people who could eat gluten ( oh how I remember those good old days)> Located near to good shopping and eating establishments. Would stay here again.
