The Hotel Silver Heart Inn was an amazing place to stay....beautifully maintained 170 year old home decorated with wonderful antiques. Breakfast was served in the morning including fresh fruit, german apple pancake and sausage! We loved the touches including bathrobes, and Gentle Bee shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion. The Gentle Bee was so amazing I ordered shampoo and conditioner when I got home! We would 100% stay at Silver Heart Inn again!!

We had a really wonderful stay here. The only issue i had was our bed was terrible the first night I barely slept. When we came downstairs the front desk lady asked my how I slept and I was honest but mentioned the terrible sleep and I understand how not everyone is going to get a bed comfortable to them. She apologized and swiftly helped me she had maintenence change the bed while we were out I slept beautifully after this. She even sought me out the next day to ask if it was good. I really appreciated how personable and accommodating all the staff were. And the hotel is gorgeous.

This property is NOT family friendly at all. If you have young children, please book elsewhere! We recently stayed there with two young children (both age 4) and were repeatedly harassed by the people in the room below us and by management. We received multiple phone calls from management asking us to keep the children quiet during the overnight hours. They stated they had received noise complaints during the night; however, these children are 4 year olds and go to bed by 8:30 pm each night (even when we are not at home). We told management multiple times that the children are in bed at 8:30, so there is no way any noise was coming from our room during the overnight hours. On the final night of our stay, we received a phone call at 8:01 pm asking that we keep the children quiet because the people below us had to go to work at 4 am. Additionally, the people who were in the room below us would bang on the ceiling if the children made any noise at all - running or jumping or just getting excited like young children do. This occurred during daylight hours - in the afternoon or early evening. As mentioned before, the children were in bed by 8:30 pm. Long story short - I completely understand being upset if there is a lot of noise during quiet hours. However, any noise that occurred was between 8:30 am and 8:30 pm each day. I am VERY disappointed in our stay here, as this was supposed to be a relaxing stay, but instead, it was very anxiety provoking.
