The staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating!

Generally old property.. but staff is excellent. Always available and helpful. Location is excellent..near Subway and bus stops and airport bus too. Room has a high ceiling and is big. Has a tub too. Iron and board as well. It is a boutique hotel. There is an excellent coffee shop in front. Steamers Coffee. Excellent coffee and baristas and pleasant ambiance...Enjoy!

Convenient location, a wide variety of breakfast options, and friendly, helpful staff. However, the Deluxe Room felt quite small for two travellers, with limited space to open and manoeuvre luggage comfortably. Housekeeping in the bedroom area could also be improved, as visible dust accumulated throughout our stay. Possibly due to building site below.

The location is excellent- you can travel to many different places very easily - walk, metro and bus. This was my second time stay here. The staffs were very nice and helpful.

Loved the fact that they had a laundry room. Free lockers for luggage storage and a free tour that was fantastic. Great location too

Very nice hotel and comfortable stay. Walkable distance from a lot of nice shopping/food districts and the palaces and hanok villages. AC was a bit weak, but it was also very hot during our stay (+30 and above) outside. Staff were nice and helpful. Lots of restaurants, cafes and convenience stores just steps away.
