When we arrived, there was immediately a terrible odor in the room, we checked the refrigerator and there were two boxes of leftover seafood. Jess at the front desk apologized and offered to move our rooms. Next, we headed to the pool and hot tub and the hot tub was out of order for an entire 24 hours that we were there. That was the only reason we booked this hotel in February in Georgia was for the hot tub. Thankfully, it was fixed the following day and we got to enjoy it. The last straw for this hotel and staff was our last night there, we actually booked an additional night but were threatened to be trespassed. After we put our children to bed, we walked across the hallway to the bar for about 10 minutes and when we returned to our rooms, the door would not open with the keys. Jess at the front desk gave us no assurance that we were even going to get in that night, with our kids left in the room. At one point, she alluded to it being our fault for their door being locked. Jess refused to communicate with us any further on when we would be getting into our rooms with our children. My husband said he was going to have to call the cops and she insisted that we did. We were locked out of our room for a total of two and a half hours and then Jess told the cops she wanted us trespassed. The cop denied her because that was an absolutely ridiculous statement. This was a horrible experience, The entire staff was
completely disrespectful.
