Rooms were nice and clean, a long way from reception. Was not able to anjoy facilities much though

La recepción y todo el personal fue muy amable y atento. Una de las sabanas estaba rota y detras de la misma cama habia un hueco. No incluye el desayuno como dice en la reserva, hay que pagarlo. Fuera de eso todo super.

Windows were pretty grimy, the walls are really thin where I could hear full on conversations of the people next door, and the outdoor pool was closed for maintenance and a bit unsightly. Also there was no coffee options for when the Starbucks closed which was a bit disappointing. The towels and robe were starchy. One of the bottles in the shower was empty.

The hotel is quite new & the lakefront property is beautiful. Room was very clean & quiet. Bed was super comfy. The Cove had delicious food, especially the meatball appetizer. Only complaint was they needed more help. We went back for dessert and the bartender ended up waiting on us. He was very sweet. Otherwise we would’ve waited forever. Then the next morning, when attempting to go in for breakfast, we were ignored for a long time while trying to check in. We ended up going elsewhere.

We enjoyed our stay here. The hotel was clean, staff were friendly and helpful. No off smells in the lobby or the rooms. You can smell the chlorine from the pool but no moldy or musty smells at all (huge plus!). We even witnessed the breakfast attendant Joe scooping ice cream (an off-menu item!) onto the hotel waffles for some of the younger guests! He called them "Grampa Waffles" and told us all that "when you stay here, you're treated like family". It made us smile so kudos to Joe for going above and beyond!

This property was excellent. I would definitely stay here again.
