Hotel staff was professional and friendly. Rooms are very large. Area around the hotel is a bit rundown. The train statin is conveniently located across the street from the hotel.

It’s was okay, we have to ask for room to be cleaned even we go out thy don’t clean it’s in till we back and ask for it’s Weil we are in the room. Toiletry products very poor. Soon we left the room thy locked and we couldn’t use Wi-Fi soon we left the room in our way to reception we block from wifi. So even if we want to use Wi-Fi just for 5 minutes to book uber we couldn’t weil we are still in the building and that very bad customer service. You should leave to hotel straight away from lift to the door. U can’t wait even 5 minutes to book a taxi or anything else. We have a baby with us and we just need to give him yogurt and asked them for spoon to feed him before we leave he was crying and we ask one guy in reception for spoon he said we don’t have even the restaurant front of us intill one of his colleagues ( lady) said I will get it’s for you . We felt not comfortable and not welcomed anymore in hotel like telling us leave now the way thy looked at us.no friendly or helpful for customers from abroad.so will not stay here again .
