The breakfast was good and freshly made. Jamie was friendly and made sure guests were served hot food of eggs, sausage and bacon. The front desk staff at check in and checkout were very friendly and knowledgeable, addressing any questions we had. The room was clean and neat other than a couple of issues in the bathroom. Apparently the hot water was used up by other guests before I took my shower at 10 a.m., even after letting it run for nearly 5 minutes. I addressed another bathroom issue with the front desk and was told the general manager would contact me. Overall a nice overnight stay for my wife and me. Recommended!

Paid in full prior to arrival. Arrived at 9 pm after travelling all day. We had a baby with us and we were tired. Requested a king as my husband is over 6 ft tall. At check-in I was told sorry we are over sold on your room type so we don’t have a king for you. I stated completely unacceptable. After a half an hour of the clerk switching things around. We ended up with a handicapped room with 2 queens. The front desk let me believe we were getting a king. No discount offered. We will not stay here again.
