Great experience overall

Refrigerator door was open so warm. Have stayed in 4 hotels on our trip & breakfast was the worst here. Mold in the shower & cracked shower floor. Good thing. Room size was generous.

Room had stained carpets. Cookie or cake crumbs on the top of fridge and on counter. Half the amount of towels compared to other hotels. Air conditioning could not keep up...80 degrees in our room at 6pm. Night staff could do nothing for us. Day staff was able to cancel our second night. Gave us rewards points for another Wyndham Hotel stay. Pool was great...breakfast was good.

Owners were very friendly, helpful and accommodating. Room was excellent and very clean.

The room was very clean and well kept. Our only issue was the shower. The water did not drain properly and you end up standing in inches of water. There was a slight lip so the water stayed in the shower other wise it would have been on the other part of the floor. The staff was very friendly and the Breakfast they served was also good. This was our second time staying here. I would recommend it. It was very close to Waldameer where we spent the day.

To much noise at night walls weren't sound proof. Lots of noise an pillows weren't very good very flat no support.

This is a very dated and run down property. The toilet seat had a very large chip out of it. The three lamps in our room had a total of 2 lightbulbs with 5 sockets with no bulbs. Dirty windows and dirty mirrors rounded out the package. It felt cleaner because they had the manufactured wood floors in rooms and hallways. This made noise in the hallways noticeable. The bed was comfortable and sheets were clean.
