I read the reviews before booking and friendly staff and cleanliness was one of the reasons I chose the hotel. I do not expect much, but when you do get a room with clothes laying around from earlier guests - the cleanliness is not a word I would use. When contacting the front desk, the guy more or less blew me off. Took the clothes and said that the room was cleaned but housekeeping must have forgotten to take it out! He didn’t even apologize. The fact that the “bathroom” was a part of the room itself was a surprise. It could get messy on the rug if you splash too much with water… we had a teenager with us.. The location is good and if it had been clean and the staff friendly it would have been good value for the money.

We enjoyed the larger room with a sofa and sitting area. We spent a lot of time in the pool; the hot tub was terrific. Breakfast was very good, with a lot of variety. It was a good visit and experience!

Regrettably, the main receptionist upon our arrival (Daniel) had a strangely dismissive attitude whenever we asked a question or attempted to clarify our room location. We also encountered his poor attitude when there was a severe plumbing issue around 9:30pm. Instead of simply resolving the matter, he acted as though it were our fault and said that we should have told him earlier (we could not have told him earlier because we had not been aware of the problem). It was disheartening to have hotel staff who seemed more annoyed with guests than welcoming.

Worn out looking room. Had "do not disturb " sign on door and housekeeper still opened the door. Air-conditioning unit was so high on the wall in this dingy basement room that i had to stand on a chair to change temp. The gentleman at the front desk was very nice and efficient. I would not stay here again though.

Perfect hotel if you have a family traveling in Bozeman. Breakfast was good and room was clean. 5 min to downtown and 30 seconds to freeway.

We had a great one-night stay. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great. We were right across the street from the 4th of July fireworks, which was a nice surprise. Wal-Mart is right next door if you need something.

Terrible Service

The treatment from the man who was not at the front desk on the afternoon of Thursday, July 3, was rude, unprofessional, and even offensive. First, he was not at his desk; there was only a sign indicating that a phone number had to be called to be served, as he was currently attending to other matters at the hotel. Second, when I called requesting clean towels and toilet paper, this request was denied in a rude and unhelpful manner. The man angrily told me that I should have requested this on the first day of my arrival, June 30 (our departure was July 4), four days in total. But how did they expect me to know how long two rolls of toilet paper would last and when my towels were due to be changed? The way I was treated offended me, and I even felt humiliated by the situation, as this is a basic matter of politeness and customer service. He told me there was a small notice on the paper used to hand out room entry cards, stating that room cleaning service was offered if the stay was three days or longer, which was our case. Upon reading it, we mistakenly thought that on Thursday, July 3rd, someone from housekeeping would come to clean the room, provide clean towels, and replenish the toilet paper. This didn't happen, so I first went to reception and then called the number indicated on the note at the front desk. At the end of the call, the man indicated in a threatening tone that I should come to reception in a few minutes and we would talk there. This scared me, not knowing wh
