Room was clean & bed was comfy. One thing to note: maybe it’s just an issue through Hotels.com but there is no continental breakfast as it was advertised. Coffee only is available and snack vending machines.

Very convenient clean quiet! Loved the lounge, not too impressed with restraunt and you don't get coffee in lobby unless they have a buffett that day! The front desk had trouble with their system Taking my card and tried to blame me saying my card was declined. So I called the credit card company and they told me it wasn't declined. So I waited til they fixed it! So not impressed with the 2 girls that waited on me but after about 45 minutes they finally figured it out!

Staff was excellent

The hotel itself was good clean, comfortable, fully functional, and it even had a kitchenette. The front desk staff was very patient and helpful during check-in. Unfortunately, there was an issue with my Expedia reservation. I learned that Expedia uses what is called a "virtual credit card" for reservations. In the hotel's system, they were seeing Expedia's virtual card rather than my personal credit card. Although I had already paid and had a confirmation, the hotel couldn't check me in because Expedia's "virtual credit card" on file was being declined due to insufficient funds. After contacting Expedia customer service without much help, I ended up paying the hotel again to avoid further delays. I've booked through Expedia for years and this is the first time I've experienced something like this. I'm hoping to receive a refund for my original payment and will update once I have a resolution. This experience has definitely made me think twice about booking through Expedia again, and I hope other customers don't encounter the same issue.

Had to give a $100 deposit to cover incidentals and damage which was not expected. Breakfast was poor.

Very clean, nice rooms. The pool is great for kids. Will stay again

The room had a screw underneath the seat as well as some dirty stains were on the bedding making it uncomfortable for me and my spouse to get a good night's rest.
