Overall, the property was clean and well maintained. However, there were a couple of disappointing aspects to our stay. First, there was no complimentary Wi-Fi. Unless you are a WorldMark member staying at the property, you have to pay an additional fee for internet access, which was unexpected and frustrating. Second, the unit was advertised as a two bedroom, but it was actually a one bedroom with a murphy bed in the living room. This was misleading, as we expected two separate bedrooms. When we brought this to the attention of the front desk, we were told there was nothing they could do because all of the rental suites are set up this way. Was not happy and was mis represented.

We stay there often and this stay was great. Great room facing the ocean. We will be back

Everything was in good condition.

Phenomenal across the board. The staff was amazing, Ellie specifically was amazing. We were in town for my 50th birthday and my wife had asked Ellie about getting a small cake or treat for the room. Instead we had a house made desert sampler with macaroons cheesecakes bites chocolate covered strawberry and more along with a very kind hand written birthday note. The hotel was extremely nice but not pretentious, the staff were inviting and helpful and geographically it was right in the middle of everything you'll wanna do in the city. This place got 5 stars because were not allowed to give it 6.

A charming hotel that is walking distance to most everything Seattle has to offer.

Excellent location with bars and restaurants. Comfortable and clean. Staff were helpful and friendly. Would stay again!
