Bothell Vacation Packages

Honestly, I really like this place and am a regular guest, I stay here 2-3 time la per week but the last times I’ve stayed here, I’ve had to change rooms because the heater wasn’t working. It’s been over a month now, and they still haven’t fixed them. I stayed there again last night, and the same thing happened; I couldn’t sleep well because I was so cold. I don’t know if they do it to save energy or if they actually don’t work—but if they don’t work, why haven’t they been fixed? It may be that, in an attempt to save on energy and maintenance costs, they are actually losing customers. I’m one of them !

Beautiful hotel, lounge, restaurant. The staff went above abs beyond to make it a special birthday. Grant, checked us in and had wine and desserts sent to the room as a birthday surprise. We will be back.
