I was here primarily for a conference but also visiting family. I would stay here again as the room was spacious, clean, updated. Upscale feel and appearance. One area they could have improved was their dining options within the hotel, but I do understand that there’s a lot of competition with so many restaurants in close vicinity that it may not make good business sense for them to have those options in the hotel. They don’t seem to serve lunch, but the bar had a limited, but very good menu. I also wish they had better options for parking or when families visiting some options for good parking for them and maybe a different valet option would’ve been helpful rather than just the $58 for those who are actually staying at the hotel. Otherwise, all in all I would stay here again and it was very convenient as my conference was right across the street at the hospital.

Disappointed

From the start I felt deceived and not welcomed her attention seemed to be somewhere else. No robes or enough cups in the room. The beds where uncomfortable and even with the air-conditioning off it was still cold. At breakfast i was charged with original waitress until another waitress overheard me ask why i was being charged. To much for my stay. Parking for handicap was ridiculous.
