Staff was amazing at both check in and check out. They really stood out. Location was perfect; coffee was exceptional; room was so clean, too hot even after I turned the heat down but I should have turned it down more; lobby area was spacious and inviting. Thanks for a great stay!

The property was clean and well maintained. The rooms were comfortable. They do not have in room referigerators but there is one in the lobby you can use. The valet parking did not always have a valet available and the lot was difficult to drive in and out of without the valet. All in all a great property and we plan to return.

The hotel is a hidden gem! - It’s close to the dorms, Harvard Yard, the T station, and restaurants. - The front-desk staff is great. Barbara is especially helpful and friendly. - The cleaning team does an excellent job. - The hotel provides complimentary hot tea, coffee, and bottled water. - I was lucky to receive a free upgrade, and the room was lovely.

Hotel Veritas is a quaint boutique spot perfectly located in Cambridge. The bed was very comfortable, and it was a nice touch to have complimentary cold water bottles and coffee available. The shower had great water pressure, and everything was clean and well-kept. It wasn’t the quietest — we could occasionally hear people in the hallway — but there wasn’t much noise overall, and it didn’t bother us as heavy sleepers. All in all, a very pleasant and comfortable stay.

This hotel is very clean, attractive, and a 5 to 10 minute walk to Harvard University an Harvard Square. The rooms are small. The room I checked into was attractive with a lots of natural light but didn't have a desk, so I switched to a room that did have desk but much less natural light. The staff went out out of its way to be helpful.
