PROS: Convenient location for attending Sox & Celtics games; plenty of restaurants & bars in walking distance; Friendly, attentive and helpful staff; Loved the welcome snacks & reusable water bottle - unexpected but appreciated after hours of travel; Comfortable, clean and well-appointed room; Very quiet inside despite being busy; Loved the sound machine to drown out traffic noise during the night; Two separate closets with plenty of hangers in each - didn’t need to use the ones I brought, as I hang all my clothes and always overpack; Complimentary umbrella in the room came in handy during unexpected rain; Red Sox themed elevator was a fun surprise! CONS: Cheap toilet paper & tissues considering the aesthetic and cost of the room; Limited outlets - had to keep bedside lamps & alarm clock unplugged in order to use CPAP & phone chargers.

We had great hopes for this property; so close to Fenway and downtown. It was easy to see what it was in its heyday but it presented very worn out. Not super clean, some deferred maintenance, generally lacked the luster it advertises having. We did not choose to stay here again upon our return to Boston for our next family trip.
