Curtain Rod hung off the wall dangerously. Hotel staff notified but no repair made. Front desk staff Sunday had confrontation with guest that made me very uncomfortable. The staff should have acted more professional. Otherwise our stay was ok.

The room was okay. Spacious, even. Why put bottled water in the room and charge $3 per bottle? That's just chintzy. Also, the pool was unavailable because of maintenance. The room was clean though.

The temperature in the room was stuck at 65 degrees and didn't move even when the heat was set to 74 degrees. I think the heater in this room isn't working as intended. The check in and out staff were very pleasant.
