Great location. Had a twin room. Perfect for solo traveler. Bring earplugs, the sounds of the city youll definitely hear. Bathroom was mostly clean but there was some hair from a previous guest in the tub.

Needs updating.

Room was small which was expected but the condition was pretty dilapidated. The wallpaper is peeling off the wall and the window would not lock and was off the frame so would not close. Additionally the window was so dirty you could hardly see out of it. Location was good and staff friendly.

Found Hotel was amazing! Staff were wonderful, rooms, and common areas were clean. I love the character of the hotel. The location was super convenient and easy to walk, take a lyft, or ride the trolley! We had the best trip and will definitely stay at Found again!

LOVED the location, comfort, staff! The room was clean and warm (perfect for the winter), the staff were helpful and friendly (esp. Kendall and Edward) - quick to suggest GREAT restaurants and knowledgeable about local history. If I ever make it back to Boston I'll be sure to book here! THANKS y'all for a great stay!

Amazing place for a visiting out of towner. Safe and super friendly staff. The best part however is the location. Right in the middle of everything, super easy to walk or travel anywhere you’d like in the Boston area. Room was perfect for a place to shower and sleep after a long day out. Walls are thin and a little noisy outside but overall a perfect stay - will definitely be coming back and recommending to all!

I did not like the 6-8? Stair steps to climb with your luggage. great as kind of a hostel, bare minimum needs to rooms, no refrigerator or microwave, heat is on a reset system for -I believe - every 12 hours. AMAZING STAFF. Felt $560 was way too much for bare minimum rooms. The people made my stay very comfortable. Thank you

Much better than expected

A lot of reviews complained about the size of the room and the noise. This is an old hotel and the room was small and oddly shaped, but not claustrophobic and certainly not uncomfortable. The bathroom and the room had be renovated to modern standards and look. The clerk at the desk was helpful and friendly. Given the fact that this hotel cost more than 60% less than ones in the same location, I was expecting the worse and was pleasantly surprised.

Really charming little hotel in a great spot! For the price per night it was perfect, though the bed was smaller than advertised but still fit two people comfortably. Would definitely stay here again.
