Check in and check out was great. Staff was friendly and professional. The room was very clean and quiet which is a big plus for me. The other big issue for me is a comfortable bed , which this one was. My only complaint is a continental breakfast. It was the worst I’ve seen. There were only bagels, muffins, 2 hard boiled eggs and yogurt. The toaster had a sign on it stating “Out of Order”. I was disappointed that there were no hot items and you couldn’t even toast the bagels. Breakfast could use a little bit of help.

Cons: • Room #103 was not adequately sound proofed from Hallway & Adjacent Neighbors. • No Wall Control for HVAC System, you had to pry up an awkward lid to access, and not all controls functional. • TV Remote not intuitive nor user friendly. • Room Lighting, simply absurd with switches not on wall, but camouflaged on various unit services, i.e. white switch hidden on white fixture, black switch ingeniously hidden on black fixture, etc. Simply absurd… • Bathroom Door, pockmarked w/blemishes, and was that toothpaste stains? Pros: • Inexpensive • Convenient off Highway Location • Nice Bed & Pillows

Do not waste your time staying here. They are rude, and unprofessional. Check in took over 30 min, I was the only person in the lobby, and it was 10pm. I was put in a room without a microwave or tv and only after calling the front desk was I told that it was a temporary room because mine was not ready. It was 10pm and I had been driving for 10 hours. Nobody at the desk mentioned it was a temporary room. How is my room not ready at 10 pm?? The next day, coming and going through the lobby of the hotel, there were 2 different people at the front desk, neither dressed as though they were working but seemed to be managers. The look on their faces every time I walked by them was as if I was going to rob the place. They were so unfriendly and not welcoming I have never in my life felt so unwanted to be somewhere. I will never in my life stay at this hotel again.
