Come up for the holidays every year with my family. Staff is amazing, attentive and accommodating. Room was perfect for the family and they had a crib as requested when we arrived. Coffee is the lobby isn’t halfway bad. Also perfect location for tourists as it right next to all the sights. Love being able to show my family the city I grew up in without needing to go far.

Had a wonderful experience at Club Quarters Boston. The front desk staff were very pleasant and helpful. We were in Boston celebrating my wifes birthday, Carla at the front desk, gave us a $50 voucher to the restaurant Elephant and Castle attached to the hotel. We were able to check in to our room in the morning. Faneuil Hall and the Quincy Market is just a few blocks away. An Uber was always less than a minute away. Our flight out of Boston was later in the evening so we were able to check out but leave our bags at the front desk and explore the city a little more.

Location was great. TV was glitchy and did not work well. The remote was broken as well. In the room, there was trash left under the nightstand and the stirring sticks for coffee we used prior to arrival. Eco-Friendly water option a big plus. Front desk people were helpful!

Quick check in and check out (on a screen), friendly staff, and overnight parking in a garage that's a 3 minute walk away was $18 (instead of the non-hotel-validated rate of $44). Tiny room-- about a foot of space between each the bed and window, foot of bed and wall, but enough for us! Beautiful lobby behind the desk on the first floor with coffee and tea station, ample cozy seating, and a beautifully decorated christmas tree. Will stay there again.

The room was clean but the bed was super hard. The shower is standup with a curtain that was small so the shower curtain sticks to you. I paid for breakfast but no idea where to eat. The lobby is small. Great location for all the historic sites

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The staff was helpful and attentive. We appreciated the restaurant in the hotel. The room was clean and well-stocked. My only complaint is that the walls are very thin. We could hear the people talking and coughing in the next room.

We enjoyed our stay here. The rooms were on the smaller side with pretty old bathrooms. However, it was clean and safe. All the employees we interacted with, were very friendly. This hotel is in a great location. Most parts of downtown Boston are walkable from here.

We stayed for 3 nights to care for a family member and look for a long-term stay option in the area. Pro's.. clean, typical downtown hotel, no frills, close to restaurants, very walkable. Easily accessible by uber. Area around at night seemed safe. Good price during December when we stayed. Con's... very small for 2 people. Ok if you don't need to stay during the day for for many nights. No breakfast.

Excellent place to stay. The only negative was the check in, the desk person not welcoming. He answered my questions with an additude, which was embarrassing. Only saw him that once during my stay. Everyone else were very pleasant.
