Henann has great but Expedia was horrible! I bought this trip as a gift for my sister and when she got there, there was a balance on the account. Apparently, Expedia did not communicate changes and, although I have paid in full, Hennan shows a balance. My sister had to wait hours and Expedia still could not fix it. Horrible customer service.

The room at Henan was lovely and an easy walking distance to the beach, bars and restaurants. I will consider staying there in the future. The only downside was their insistence on checking the room on our departure. We were in town on business and were part of a group that had a scheduled appointment. I chose Henann Garden this time for my weekend get away with friends. I love that it was close to different shops and easy access to the beach. The staff were attentive and very helpful esp Marlyn at the dining area. Just wished that there were more options at breakfast buffet and refills for dishes a bit faster.
