The hotel was nicely decorated and the room was modern and very clean, except the mattress was very hard and definitely needed replaced with a new more comfortable mattress. We were very disappointed that the photos of the bathroom on the Expedia site showed a tub/shower combinations which is what we preferred, but the bathroom only had a shower in it. Also, I had been granted a late checkout for 12:00 pm and at around 10:45 am the maid knocked on the door only once and then began to opened the door with her key, luckily since we weren't dressed I had the additional upper lock on door. I also had the do not disturb sign on the door handle, but she ignored it. Apparently the communication between the front desk and housekeeping is not good.

They are in the process of remodeling but the room we stayed in was great. Very nice and roomy. The staff were very nice and helpful. The breakfast was good. We had a great stay. And will check with them on our next visit.

The elevators were out of order. The desk staff did not seem bothered by this inconvenience to customers. The house keeping staff were all very courteous and respectful. An older lady that serves the breakfast was hateful and made me feel like I was in her way
