The customer service at this hotel was absolutely terrible. Even when a guest was facing a genuine emergency, the staff showed no willingness to help or offer any support. It was extremely disappointing and, without a doubt, one of the worst hotel experiences I've ever had.

I was booked it for my parents. My father said me that first of all breakfast was excellent and staffs are very kind. When thay stayed there thay felt comfortable. He would like to recommend your hotel other travelers.
