Best customer service ever. Everyone at this hotel went beyond any expectations. My mum had a surgery while we were staying at this hotel and they did everything they could do to fulfill all our special requests. On top of that, the hotel is in a very nice location, rooms were comfortable and clean, breakfast was fantastic, great gym and many restaurants options around. I cannot recommend this hotel enough

5 dias como Reinas en Bogota!

Desde que llegamos al hotel mi hija y yo nos sentimos super atendidas. Los desayunos eran de reina. En el front desk , Daniel, Harold y Jennifer nos trataron super bien. Una noche nos sentimos enfermas y rapido llamaron a un enfermero quien llego y nos vio en la habitación brindando un excelente servicio. En la barra Luigui me preparo una aromática que me revivio😃. En el desayuno todos trabajaban muy bien para hacernos sentir atendidas. Estefanie nos hizo un rico Capuccino cada mañana. No puedo dejar de mencionar el restaurante en la noche. Muy bueno y con precios justos. Por que salir del hotel? El restaurante buenísimo!! Y Hector muy atento. Gracias a todos, desde lo que nos recibian en el desayuno con una hermosa sonrisa. La ubicación muy buen. El Gym bueno. Y fuera en el primer piso encuentras un supermercado para comprar lo que quieras y llevar a la habitación. Nosotras volveremos!!!
