I was unable to travel. I reached out to property via WhatsApp and explained the situation which prevented me from being able to board a plane. They refused a refund. It was after threatening to leave this review that they claimed they were refunding half of my stay. They gave me $70. Stay elsewhere.

Bring a Jacket and a Heater.

The Good: Excellent staff. Safe. Clean. Convenient location. Easy check in and check out. Great view from the roof. The Bad: Noisy. The can smell everything cooking from everyone nearby. The gym is almost a gym. It doesn't have enough to mess with. No system for trash. A lot of the rooms have terrible views of the backs of buildings and the alley. Game room doesn't exist. You have to pay to use the laundry machines. There is a huge gay club next door that you hear almost 24/7. The noise from the surrounding clubs, hostels, restaurants, bars, and the street itself is non stop. You will never have not even a second without constant noise. No hot water. No sufficient heat. This is the year 2025.... there is really no excuse for not having something so incredibly easy to provide. Very hard to shower in cold weather in cold water. Bogotá is cold. Very cold. No sun. Always rains. A cold shower on top of that is a miserable situation.

La ubicación es muy buena, con mucha facilidad de moverse en la ciudad. Las instalaciones son increíbles con una vista de la ciudad increíble, el acceso a servicios súper práctico alrededor del mismo. No me gustó un poco alrededor ya que no estoy acostumbrado a que todo esté pintado con graffitis feos y paredes rayadas y un poco de habitantes de la calle. El único punto negativo, que en el piso que yo estuve la presión del agua, no era el adecuado y hace que le quitará una estrella.
