Excelente personal muy amables el hotel es bien céntrico todo es caminando y zona es segura. Lo único es que está outdated en la decoración de los cuartos, pero definitivamente volvería a quedarme en el.

Céntrico a pasos de centros comerciales , lo mejor de todo fue el servicio especialmente el de Camilo en el desayuno y Gustavo es el mejor guía turístico excelente servicio, explica todo bastante bien muy respetuoso y amable con amplio conocimiento de la ciudad , definitivamente volveremos

The hotel was clean with an excelente staff but very dated. Breakfast the first day was good but there were no meat options on day two. Great location with tons of shopping and dinning options. I think there are some nice clubs and rooftops near by but I didn't go out. They had laundry service but I thought it was a bit expensive. I want to wash all my clothes as I was returning from a four day excursión but I only had them wash enough for me to have clean clothes for my flight the next day. The next time I go to Bogota I'll probably stay in the same área but in a different hotel.
