Everything was good except the shutter transportation to the airport that was suppose to pick up me at 900 am and never happen i need to took a taxi cap. Thats is the only issue i have it.

Nice clean suite. Great free airport shuttle. Very difficult to talk to front desk staff. And I speak decent Spanish! This is in a business district. So don't expect any good restaurants close by.

We stayed for one night in two different nights. The hotel is well located, breakfast was good, the first room we had was better than the second one. The first room was on the 4th floor, well maintained and amenities. The second room was on the 8th floor; we notice that in some of the other rooms there were workers renovating or doing some repairs. Our room felt hot! We were wondering if there was a heater turned on. Same with staff on the front desk, first night felt more warm and kind than the one on the second night. We tried the restaurant for dinner but we couldn’t find something we liked and it looks pricey to us. Besides that, staff was very friendly and helpful.
