A place only for catching flights out of BOG

The hotel is in a very industrial area. If you need a place to stay for early flights, this would be a good option. The free shuttle bus was the reason why we booked it. There is a restaurant inside the hotel, so you don't have to go outside. There has no any shopping and restaurant around the hotel. They are all factories.

Poor communication with Expedia, We change room 3 times because mal function of air conditioner, We could not sleep and middle of the night we had to change room, I paid for a two bed room and finish last 2 days in a single bed room, no money back from hotel or Expedia, Because we had stay in Medellin in same City Express hotel and had a wonderful stay I choose this Bogota City Express, bad choice, very expensive hotel transportation, to Malls nearby or for tour from Hotel, same breakfast every day.

when we did the check in, personal was rude and not willing to help. we ask to make some changes since we arrive early but there answers were that there policy don't allow to make any changes. to me they don't have any idea about customer service. overall Hotel ok for the price but they need to do a better job training employees.
