The rooms were cleaned and the staff engages as you pass them. Family friendly with lots of activities for the kids to do on the resort. One of the slides at the waterpark was down so we didnt get to get on it during our stay.

Hotel was clean, our room had some dirty blankets on it but we were able to change them right away, great breakfast and some good coffee as well. The indoor pool was full or people at all times and the water was a bit dirty because of so many people there, otherwise the hotel was great
