The room could use a deep cleaning. One of the walls has what looked like coke splatters. There were hairs in the shower walls. The beds and pillows were comfortable. Great location.

The rooms were cleaned and the staff engages as you pass them. Family friendly with lots of activities for the kids to do on the resort. One of the slides at the waterpark was down so we didnt get to get on it during our stay.
